As one of the Hong Kong dance crew members of BT Square. She was also keen on Hip Hop,Jazz Funk and Jazz. Been training and teaching in several schools , youth service centre and dance studios.
In additional,she stayed in Pennsylvania and Los angles to receive advanced training.Also being judge of dancing competitions and participate in different concert with Dave WONG, Andy LAU,
Joyce CHENG, Ronald NG, the Voice of CHINA, Ronald CHENG etc.
She is also a nowTV anchor , magic girl and freelance model since 2013.

於2008年回流，現為Freelance 全職舞者.
於不同學校及社區中心教授舞蹈,編舞及推動文化; 擔任比賽評審或參與不同大型舞蹈演出。如 王杰，劉德華，鄭欣宜，伍樂城，中國好聲音，鄭中基等等。
另為香港舞蹈組合 BT Square之成員。
曾到訪賓夕凡利亞州、洛杉磯作舞蹈深造，
除此之外更於2013年始擔任nowsports TV 主持，模特兒之表演行業。
